Buying bulk base/inserts for CC

Same deal as with my Baseball list. Below is my price paid per player.

I can use any card of the players listed with the following exceptions:

- No 1990-1991 base cards
- No off brands (Sage, Press Pass, etc)
- No oversized cards
- No more than 2 of each card
- I need cards NM/MT or better condition
