Recieved damaged and the wrong redepmtion card from Panini..
Ok, so I check the mail today and find my mailer from Panini, expecting to open it and find a Nate Davis Freshman Fabric Dual GU/Auto inside. Instead I get a bubble mailer ripped in half and in a "DAMAGED" baggy with a completely bent Tanard Jackson Contenders 2007 RC without an auto even! WTH!?!
I'm going to email Panini right now (their customer service sucks thus far in the process, there's no actual way to just talk to someone) and talk about this. My question is, do I tell them the package was ripped and in a damage bag? I don't want to screw myself if they say "well we're not responsible for that, sorry". Or do I just tell them they sent the wrong card and was damaged. I'm telling the truth here, not trying to pull a fast one on Panini.. It's my first redemption card and I'm kinda ticked.

Tell them everything...it's the wrong card, and on top of it, it was severely damaged in transit...I'd think they'd help you out still, especially considering they are new in the sports hobby, and are trying to get collectors behind them.

Not sure where you say Panini has bad CS, they have the best easily out there, blame the damaged card on the postal service people, however i'm sure Panini will be happy to take care of your issue

Panini may have screwed up and sent you the wrong card, which they will make good on,it looks like the post office is responsible for the damage done to the bubble mailer, and from past dealings with panini they usually send the unauto'ed card and then a replacement so that package may have been tampered with.
