You cant have a Christmas countdown. Its a "Holidays" or "winter" , maybe "seasonal" countdown, but not Christmas. You cant force your silly religous rituals on everybody. This is PC America.

religion isnt silly. and my christmas is both december 25th and january 7th (russian/serbian orthodox) cant wait!

Good idea - but, that's not a traditional countdown.
You cant have a Christmas countdown. Its a "Holidays" or "winter" , maybe "seasonal" countdown, but not Christmas. You cant force your silly religous rituals on everybody. This is PC America.
It may be PC America, but there's still freedom of speech in the USA...therefore, it's the Christmas Countdown thread! :-) If you would like, feel free to create threads for Hanukkah and Kwanzaa, along with any other holiday's that you would like threads for, too.

Thanks for the thread! I'll try to stop by every day.
I don't know about anyone else, but i count the day before thanksgiving (get out of school for half the week) as the start of the countdown. just seems like its the right time, a holiday to start a countdown to holidays.
