case help spa or cup?
so Im gonna get a case it will either be 06-07 spa or 08-09 cup ill tell u pros and cons of each in my opinion
cup pros
guaranteed case hit
chance at a huge hit i.e. shields
new rookies
cup cons
more expensive
less packs means less fun
NO CROSBY OR OVY ROOKIES
spa
pros
CROSBY AND OVECHKIN
lots of nice auto sub sets i.e. marks of distinction
more cards and more packs
cons
lots of crappy autos
no guarantees of a case hit
a couple questions
1) can i get the crosby future watch patch autos in the 06-07?
2) what are the guarantees in spa?

I'm not sure on the answers to your questions but I would go with The Cup. At least that way if you don't get what you want you can make a bit of a turn around.

Both are good choice, although your guaranteed case hit in The Cup could be Pogge /99. I'd say go with whatever you thinking your going to have the most fun breaking, and both will probably deliver in that regard.

Yes. However, its all of game of chance. The other day I watched a FW Auto Patch of some Bruin that never panned out end on ebay at $5.85.

If you're looking for any kind of guaranteed (and I use that term VERY loosely) return at all, go with The Cup.
If you're looking for the opportunity to hit on a big name patch-auto-rookie, but are also willing to take a complete financial loss on the break, take the SPA.

If you are looking on selling the break, I would go with The Cup (but most likely you will lose). If you want to collect than I would go with SPA. Now the 3rd question is what price are you able to get the cases? That would also have to be factored in. For some reason the above mention cases have dried up.
