I big into reality TV. Most people lump it all into the trashy dating shows, but you can find it all really.

My favorite is Deadliest Catch but some of my other favorites are Survivor, Dirty Jobs, Road Rules/Real World Challenges, Big Brother, Dr. Drew Rehab Shows, and Rock of Love.

    Hell Kitchen
    Survivor

and then like OPT said I watch Bizarre Foods, No Reservations w/ Anthony Bourdain and a few of those type shows on Travel Channel and Discovery.

Does Man vs. Food count? If so, that is my current favorite by far

I can't stand "reality" shows...although, I guess actually some shows I like are technically reality (No Reservations, Bizarre Foods, other documentary style shows on History Channel, Travel Channel, and some others), but I don't lump them in with the Real Worlds and American Idols...they don't have that sleazy reality feel, they're more educational....I feel smarter after watching them instead of dumber as with the others.

The only "reality" shows I ever watched more than an episode or two of are Rock Star (only because each episode was basically just a rock concert) and Girls Next Door (c'mon...look at 'em).

Ditto...there are educational reality TV shows, but most of the ones on NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, MTV, VH1, and other channels like that are just the mindless "entertainment"...no offense to anyone who likes them...I just can't stand them!

I gotta say, I love the show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition". It's always a tear jerker...really a great show.
