Desharnais Becomes 422nd

PRINCETON, N.J. – Former Cincinnati Cyclones center David Desharnais became the 422nd player to play in the National Hockey League after the ECHL when he made his debut with the Montreal Canadiens in a 3-1 loss at Pittsburgh on Wednesday.
He is the second former Cyclone in 24 hours to play his first game with Montreal joining right wing J.T. Wyman, who made his debut with the Canadiens in a 5-3 win against Columbus on Tuesday.
