Well i am just going by my experience and a ton of others i have seen on the boards.... i have had 3 different redemptions replaced by them and all three times i was pretty upset with what i got. I called customer service twice and felt like i was talking to a 12 year old more interested in finishing the level of video game they were on than listening to me. Either way... if i get UD redemptions now unless it is something i just have to keep it is going straight on ebay

Yeah I have read similar bad experiences with redemptions with UD too, for some reason though it has not happened to me yet. But a lot of times for me emailling works much better than calling as I like to have a written record of everything that's been exchanged between the two parties.

could it just be the person you are on the phone with as well? like any other business, you have those that care and those that don't. one will expedite your request while another will just shove it to be done at the end of the week?
oh well, I think generally, redemptions SHOULDN't exist in the first place. Don't have the product, DON'T put it in or plan to have it done before production release/packaging.
is it true that card companies do this on purpose? to screw the collector bc from a company standpoint, they lose out if every card is available?
