08/09 Topps Rookie Photo Shoot auto's...?
listed on ebay and says limited to 10. Are all red ink's numbered to 10, or just a print run of 10 or are some red ink actually serial numbered to 10...where did this 10 come from. i thought i had seen some auctions where the card was actually numbered. and some that were not....any help or light shed on this would be appreciated. thanks

This is similar to the football ones. It came out on Beckett a long time ago that Topps only came out with 10 red inks. There are a few problems with this being true: 1) there is no serial number on the card 2) there are have been a lot of fakes surfacing on ebay. Good news is that Topps will now start numbering the cards next year I believe. Also, I believe the red inks are actually numbered to 25 now.

well, not really talking bout a specific card, just the 08-09 topps rookie photo shoot cards in general. are any numbered, or none, or all....i did pick up a george hill one though...

Ummm......I answered that in my post. None are numbered, whether its the red ink or blue ink. They have never been numbered.

yeah, should have specified who i was talking too. your anwered helped. was hoping to actually read where that is stated as so. cant seem to find anything...some of the ones on ebay say "rumered to be limited to 10" or "limited to 10" but never actually seen where that info came from. thanks though

Well, I do know last year's football Rookie Premieres/Photoshoots red inks were numbered to 25. There was a big flood of fakes on ebay, you would see 14 red inks and all stating they are /10.
