    Ebay, Ebay, Ebay urghhh

I have been very displeased with ebay recently, and need to vent it out. 2-3 saturdays ago, ebay was down, and coincedentally, all my high dollar auctions ended that day. To ebays credit, they sent out an email stating sellers have the right to terminate the transactions as they were not seen by anyone in their last day and suffered significant losses. They also said that negative feedback would automatically be removed. 6 of the 7 buyers were super cooperative in allowing me to terminate the transaction. One continuously accused me of lying, and the just sent the payment, even after I informed him the transaction would be canceled, of course, I refunded him. He leaves negative feedback, and ebay does not remove it! For the 5th time in a week, I must go on ebay live chat, because you can not talk to a real person at ebay! I explain that ebay notified me saying negative feedback in this case would be removed AUTOMATICALLY. Of course at this point, I am required to fill out a special form to request to ebay to remove the feedback. 2 days later it was gone. Today, as I am about to list an item, I realize my feedback percentage moved down without me even receiving any new feedback. Are you kidding me? I write this as I am waiting in queue to talk to another ebay representative, awesome! Right?
