So...I emailed them 3 times last week...and got 3 responses lol! They all said the same thing:
Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry. In order to process a case for you we will need your home address. This will help us expedite your issue and solve it as soon as we can. Please respond back to the QA inbox.
Now, I replied to 2 of them with my info, but I probably won't reply to the last. My guess is that they're just really slow to reply every time I send a message, but they do get them. So I will just wait a few days for them to give me a case number.

It's easier to talk to a rep. I had something similar happen to me a week ago except they left 2 cards out of my box (as stated per the "perbox average"), and they were letter cards. The rep was very nice, opened a case, and asked me to send the hologram on the top of the box and the upc on the bottom. Still waiting on my cards, but a good experience overall. Hope this works out for you. GOOD LUCK to ya!!!! I'll let you know how long it takes for mine to return.

you got it man, ud is garbage qc control and service, ripped me off a gaborik auto, waited over a year for a card and had a redemption code not work and another without a code. bs, itg it is, also waiting to see if topps makes a move.

Dear Jordan,
Thank you for submitting your damaged card request. Please mail in your damaged Wayne Gretzky card to be replaced card for card.
The case number for your request is______
So it looks like everything is going to be fine. Based on their response, it looks like I'm getting my Gretzky card back! Now I don't have to call them lol
