1 Autograph, 1 Game Used, 1 #’d, 1 Insert; base is optional if you have any

BV Rule: Each card musth ave a BV of at least 20, and can go as high as you want, please don't spend any more than 40 or 50 though.

Each package must be received by the 6th of April

I'm trying to figure out how to do this, here's what I have so far:

Each person contacts me with their name and address, I put that on a list, and via random.org, I will take half of the people, and randomize the order, then take the other half, and randomize that order. I will put the 2 lists side by side and the first people from each list will be doing each other, second people will send a gift to each other, etc. Let me know if you like that idea. Thanks. I would like it to be an even number of people participating to.
