question OPC 09-10
I'm not familiar with new products, so I'm asking what is this card? A gold or a rainbow?

I think it's a gold. I don't think they have a rainbow card for the regular base set.
They only have a rainbow card for the retro parallel set.

that would be a rainbow...actually it's either, but i believe they are called rainbow's this year as opposed to gold in 08-09. mrbungle's also right about the retros having a rainbow too except those are /100 and the base rainbow isn't.

Yeah...I was wrong on this one. I was thinking of last years OPC set. There weren't any rainbows in that regular set.
This year there are rainbows in both the regular and retro base sets.

Thanks for the answers! Identifying those parallels require an Idiot's guide to book, but last year's was worse apparently.

Yeah, the Gold, Metal, and Metal X really threw a lot of people. Luckily some intrepid member of SCF created a handy reference guide. :D
