TUF Finale
Glad to see Roy Nelson win the contract, I had him picked as my favorite to win since the cast was announed, he jsut had too much experience on the rest of the cast. The event as a whole was pretty good, I really liked that Frank Edgar won, that guy is moving up and needs to start fighting some of the top tier fighters in the division. I was also impressed with Kimbo's ground game, he looked a lot more well rounded, and he did the best move in his career by training with ATT, he will definately get better. He REALLY needs to work on his cardio though, he had nothing left in the tank in the 3rd round, he needs to pace himself better when on the ground. Now, on to the controversial part of the night, Jones vs Hamill. I think the DQ was justified, I know it's causing an uproar amongst the MMA community, but the 2 (12-6) elbows really did the damage that caused Hamill to not be able to continue. I thought Jones had won the fight, but that's just how it goes sometimes. I think he showed A LOT by dominating Hamill, I mean, have NEVER seen Hamill dominated like that before.
