OK, I guess I am slow or something. I would like to get Boston and a decent team for my second team. If this is 1st come first serve can I get Boston and another team even if it is Washington or Detroit for $120 for both?

You can take Boston as your first and once the 15 slots are taken the 15 people will be set up randomly for the second team.
