Shop TNA feedback

I just want to talk about something that happened with me and TNA Shop. I made an order for one of Don West’s crazy deals. The deal was the “Brown Bag” special. What you get is a t-shirt, 4 different TNA DVD’s, and a pull string bag back signed by Don West. You got all that for less than $20. The thing is you don’t know what t-shirt or DVDs you are getting but you know they will be different.

When the order arrived it had 2 Best of Samoa Joe DVD’s. So I called TNA shop to see if I could tell them what happened. The first thing that was a surprise was that a person answered the phone, it was not a computer or a recording asking me to hold but a real person. I told him I got 2 of the same DVDs and asked if I could send one back and get a different DVD. The guy from TNA started off by saying sorry because it never happened before. Then he started to explain what he thought could of happened. He said the photo used on the Best of Samoa Joe is also the same photo used on the cover of a PPV, I think he said a Turning Point PPV. He told me to keep the DVD and he asked me what DVD I wanted to replace the double disc.
I never had someone from an online store ever be so cool and I will be using TNA Shop more now because of it.

Tna is the best. I got a bunch of dvd's though their black friday sale,wish i had more money cause i would have bought more. Hopefully after christmas i will get the brown bag special.and also go to a live event they are they are fan active unlike the wwe and im a huge wwe fan.tna may not have the money that the wwe has but they sure know had to make the fans happy.
