best box
alright so finals week is here and i will be selling my books back so im gonna use that money to grab some cards... i will have around 190.00
these are my following options
2 boxes panini prestige, R&S, or Elite
1 box sp game used, sp authentic, or rookie threads..
lmk what you think would be the best or if you have any other input.. that would be helpful..

game used - hit and miss, good to get trade bait, but why pay 190 for trade bait and 1-2 pc cards.
sp authentic - i personally would love to get it, so give this a thought
rookie threads - same thing like game used, potential to hit the big one, but also potential to get trade bait
panini - prestige or rookies and stars

I agreed with Adrian that u can consider to choose SPGU / SP Authentic
I myself have luck for the SPGU (since 2004-05) & I like this product much ...also u can see that fm my post I got (2) 09-10 SPGU Logomen from totally 9+25+5 packs = total 39 packs in 3 times .....
for SP Authentic I myself have no luck , as last year 08-09 I opended 14 boxes in same time , each box has promised odds , but the best one I got was a J.Wright 3-colored auto patch :( but I myself like the design , also most of the cards are on card autos

GJennings, I have not opened a full box yet but I have tried tons of loose packs, got two on card autos of Derek Fisher and Ramon Sessions. The design of the base card = worth your money. The hits, on card autos and a nice RC patch auto also makes this brand nice to buy even if its only 1-2 hits a box. I am beggining to appreciate a bit more quality in product then rushed garbage that is overpriced. Take for example 06-07 Trilogy, that box goes for like 150-200 but a few of the autos are on stickers..gross.
like i said, it depends, if you want to pull a mega amount of hits, go for the rookie threads or game used, if its quality, then SP Authentic, if you want fun, Topps Jumbo last year and this year.
