Raleigh, NC Winter 3-Day Show (Dec 18-20)

Anyone planning to go to this show? I will be there for a couple of hours on Saturday, mainly to meet up with Mike (PUCKFRMCALI) and Ian (P-NUT-BUTR) as they are coming up from Charleston, SC, to do some trading. I'll probably bring some cards with me as you never know who might have something of interest. I know Ed (Charlie Hustle) and Donnie (lanham33) are planning to be there, so just checking if anyone else has plans. If you do and you are looking for anything (boxes, packs, supplies, cards), let me know and I'll see what I can do for you and we can meet there...

By the way, JSA (James Spence Authentication) will be on-hand to do autograph authentications as well as accept raw cards submissions for Beckett. Don't miss out on this...

Yep yep...I have been back in Raleigh since August. I will definitely look for you...I am not sure what I will be wearing, but its hard to miss me...lol.

I have a TA MCLendon Contenders rookie auto that I dont need...let me know if you need it and I will bring it for you on Saturday.

Made it out today for a couple of hours. Met up with Mike and Ian for breakfast at Cracker Barrel and then made our way to the show (though I left them behind when I thought they left me behind...lol). Show was surprisingly loaded down with tables/vendors. Walked around for a bit. Vendors looking to buy, but I was only interested in trading today. Bumped into Donnie once I first got there. Looked around after that and Chuck came up and tried to poke me in the back with a box. Talked to J.C. (boophill for a couple of minutes as he was set up.

Also, I had the opportunity to meet clubhouse sports (John) as he was down from Philly setting up at the show. We talked shop for a while, tried to put a trade together but couldn't quite pull the trigger. Oh well, I'm sure there will be future opportunities. He owns a shop in Philly, so if you are ever up in the Ridley Park area...be sure to stop by and let him know I sent you there.

Sorry if I missed anyone else that was there. I only had a couple of hours. Would really like to thank Ray and Inside Pitch Promotions for allowing me to enter the show for free and putting on a wonderful show. I looking forward to setting up at many of Ray's shows in 2010...

I wish I had come out like I planned. I wasn't sure what the vendor turnout would be because of the weather. I may go out tomorrow if laziness doesn't take over. Its good to know that vendors are buying.
