    Official 09-10 Phoenix Suns Thread

Home to all the Suns fans or who ever wants to talk Suns basketball. I have been following the Suns since 92-93 season and even more since 02-03 with the addition of Amar'e Stoudemire. I like their style of play because it is just plain fun to watch!!

So far they are off to a 18-9 record and second in the Pacific division.

Team Leaders in Scoring: Amar'e 19.8 ppg, Nash 18.2 ppg, Richardson 15.8 ppg, Hill 12.5 ppg, Frye 12.1 ppg, Barbosa 11.6 ppg.

Team Leaders in Rebounds: Amar'e 8.5 rpg, Hill 5.9 rpg, Frye 5.9 rpg.

Team Leaders in Assists: Nash *11.3 apg. * Leads the League

Feel free in posting in this thread about the Suns!!

Suns have really impressed me this year...I didn't think they'd do very well with the loss of Shaq, Marion and D'Antoni over the last few years...but, I think they've shocked alot of people this year.

They got back to their old style of play when Alvin Gentry as named the head coach last year. The trade a few years ago for Shaq was one of Steve Kerr's biggest bonehead mistakes!!! In my estimation they still need a solid defensive center to be an elite team like Boston.
