Jeff Hardy News
I know some people are fans of him and some are not but I would think most would agree if what is said in this article is true he got screwed:

My hopes are he is found innocent and returns to wrestling. IMO the WWE needs him and Edge to return as soon as possible as the material they have now is stale and predictable.

I don't think he got screwed, sounds more like they were saving his life. The fact is the police have probably cause because of his drug use in the past. Massive amounts of pain killers, cocaine found in his place. I'm fine with him going to jail and hopefully learning his lesson over us making a post two years from now saying RIP Jeff Hardy

your past does not give the police probable cause.

If this is true, that sucks for Jeff, however he had planned on leaving WWE possibly forever anyhow, so the drug charge is irrelevant to his stay with WWE, even with fans knowing what happened, whenever his name is mentioned, he still gets a huge pop, he could easily main event if he wanted to come back tommorow and Vince would take him back because he makes him so much money..
However with Edge being the only "unstale" wrestler i'd disagree, CM Punk is very unstale as is Chris Jericho in my opinion, both who can main event. Edge right now will probably be back right after Wrestlemania thoughHidden Content

i never said certain wrestlers are stale only referring to the story lines and the same old same old match ups. imo wwe is going down hill fast i am just saying edge and jeff could provide a spark but not keep the fire lit. they need more to help it.

Well i think the shock value of Bret Hart returning will help, but the road to wrestlemania should be a good one, to see how they use Hart, the likely rematch of HBK/Taker, Cena most likely winning the rumble to take on ..TNA is still far behind in my opinion, yes they are going live once, but they are just as stale as WWE in my opinion and dont know how to use there young talent just like WWE doesn't...
to add on that, what happened to the Miz, he was working some great matches, and it seems like him, Swagger, MVP just all disapeared

yes hart will draw ratings but i certainly dont see him wrestling. i also heard hbk is taking time off again after wrestlemania and the rock might be back in march to guest host. they need a spark of something whether it is new talent or something

Hart certianly can't wrestle due to his stroke but a storyline with Vince is defintly not out of the question
and yes, but Shawn & Taker are taking time off after Mania, like last year, and both wont be back until the fall season again most likely..
With Taker going out, Edge will come in being the #1 babyface most likely and probably setting up a story line with Jericho who trashed him once he was injured...
