I just found this BidCactus.com and was wondering if anyone has used it and, if so, what they think of it.

You have to buy bids in order to bid on items...each bid costs $.75 and are sold in bundles of 25, 50, 75, 100, etc. So you have to pay for the bids, then pay for the final price if you win an item. But from the little bit I've seen, they have $50 gift cards to a bunch of places and some electronics going really cheap. I'm wondering if it's a gimmick or if it's legit.
