Gaborik Does His Share and Much More for the Rangers

No skater has done more for his N.H.L. team this season than Marian Gaborik has done for the Rangers.
As the rest of the inconsistent lineup has struggled to score, the skilled and speedy Gaborik strikes consistently and often. He has contributed 26 of the 101 goals the Rangers have scored in regulation and overtime this season, or 25.7 percent of the team total. That is by far the highest percentage in the N.H.L. (In the official standings, the Rangers are credited with 103 goals, but that figure includes the bookkeeping goals the league awarded for winning two shootouts.)
