NPN question
do you get a card for every time you send it in, or do u need to send in a crapload of stuff?

It will tell you how many times you can enter... most let you enter once or twice and then you just have to hope you get picked.

No.
You aren't guarenteed anything.
You could send in 50 and get nothing or you could send in 10 and get 10 cards back.

Of course you can only send the amount they specify or you're disqualified.
