Can Anyone Give Me a Step-by-Step Process on TTM 8x10's??
Wasnt sure where to put this so I guess this is as good a place as any. Im looking to start a project of auto'd 8x10's and was wondering if anyone could walk me through the steps on how to send them out. Ive never done this before so as detailed as possible would be great!
Thanks,
Chris

I use 10x13 envelopes on the outside, with 5 stamps. Inside I put a 9x12 photo envelope SASE with 4 stamps. Include LOR and photo. I sometimes have a piece of cardboard inside if the photo envelope feels like it might bend.

I tried that and have 4 come back as postage due. Maybe my envelopes are heavier.

Check out my success thread for high percentage returns. I only do 8x10s and OMLB. I also focus on bigger name players.

If i send one photo i only put 3 on the inside but if i send two or more photos i put 4. If you take them to the post office instead of just putting stamps on the outside you will save money in the long run.

I've used 3 stamps each with no cardboard and a "do not bend" label. Never had any problems.

I do the same but include a yellow file folder for protection

I usually have a 8x10 binder page, with a piece of tagboard in it, I stick the photo, LOR all in the binder page, set that on the SASE with 3 stamps, slide it in the big envelope. I just have the PO weigh it and send it that way. Cheaper I don't have to buy as many stamps.
