beckett online price guides

Maybe its just me but does anybody else have problems with becketts online price guides. If i use the site for more than 8 minutes it starts crashing. I then have to close the browser, open another, close it again, and open another to be able to relog on and search. The longer I use the site the worse it gets untill I can not search anymore.

Has anybody else had these issues????

Sounds like its your system. Are you on dial-up or an older computer or operating system?

Also, your cache might be overflowing. Open your browser's "properties" panel and clear your cache of offline content. I have had similar problems and this seems to help.

Again if you have an older machine with not much memory, allowing all the junk that piles up from browsing can interfere with your www experience.

well my current system has 2 gigs of ram so that shouldnt be a proble. Is there a way to turn off caching in internet explorer.

I have problems with beckett.com like 1:15 times i use their site, and its never anything major...the worst case senerio is me having to turn off my internet and turn it back on.
