Be persistant with them. What I did when I emailed them was put 2nd send(or whichever corresponding number it may be), after the 3rd they sent one back. I know I have 1 YG coming back for sure, took 2 more to the card store to get them to send to UD, and still waiting to see what they will send for the Green.
