    3 questions -

    1) have you ever played any form of basketball above the junior high level in an emotional game?

    2) what was ben still doing in the game with 45 seconds left

    3) would you have let someone on a heated rival team dunk in your face?

Pacers would have won the NBA title? LOL, they have a hard enough time staying on the floor as a team...let alone winning a championship.

The Spurs, Timberwolves, Kings, Heat, and maybe even Phoenix or Dallas could handle Idiana. The Pacers do not have 9 good players, I think your measure of good is a bit different then most of us. My opinion the Pacers have 2 very good players: Artest and O'Neal, then a lot of solid players: Croshere, Jackson, Miller, Tinsley, etc. I would like to see the Pacers handle a dominant force like Shaq, Duncan, KG, etc.

Newsflash...lol - the Pacers already beat Minnesota this year, and that was without Artest. JO matched KG's 22 points. :)

Regular season games mean nothing when you get to the playoffs, a whole different level of intensity. I'll take KG, Cassell, and Spree over the Pacers anyday.

Newsflash.....lol - The Clippers beat the Pacers today (Nov 10) 102-68, Elton Brand met J. O'neals 9 points.......then added 9 finishing with 18. O'neal was also out rebounded 16-9. Sure there was no Artest.........but you lost by close to 40......againt the Clippers. Its the freaking Clippers. So now my question.......with the Clippers already beating the Pacers this year, and the Pacers beating Minnesota........

Does this mean the Clippers are the best team?

Artest was out, they had numerous injuries, and O'Neal injured himself again in the 3rd period. Kinda hard for him to score points and grab boards when he's not in the game, right?

Obviously, you guys didn't understand the point of Rockman's post. Was just trying to point out that on any day any given team can beat eachother regardless of who is more talented.

freshman ball is nothing.. i have played 4 years varisity and am redshirting this year in college ball... once you play in a heated rivalry in varsity ball you will know where i am coming from when i say you cant control yourself in certain situations.. emotions are running.. hell, i led the league in technical fould for 3 years of high school... do i have an emotional problem? no... i get into the game and will do anything i feel necessary to a) protect any teammate on the floor especially the littler guards, and b) not get a disadvatage by letting someone take advantage of me
