I want to spend $200-250 on a box or multiple boxes.

Any ideas as to what is the best bang for your buck?

Hmmm 09-10 Series 1, 09-10 BD, 08-09 BD, 08-09 SPA, 08-09 BTP, 06-07 H&P all seem to have nice value

Yep, 3BD and 1 UD Series 1 sounds a good choice.
