Does anyone have an opinion on these cards? I can't find anything substantial about them in this forum or even by searching Google.

Each box has 2 packs of these "throwback" cards. They are exactly like the base cards, but they are produced like the cards from the late 80s (less glossy front, no gloss on the back).

I have to say, I'm not a big fan. I'd rather have the two packs contain regular cards, so I can put them with the rest of my collection.

Is there some value in these that I am missing?
