    Terry,

How much time you give a person to pay is your call; I personally tell people payment is expected within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Just incase they need time to move funds to their paypal account - I figure after 7 days, then I have a deadbeat bidder on my hands.

As far as the non-payer strike, I think you have to open a case against the bidder in the resolution center. That's what I had to do the few times I did it - I'm not sure if you can just strike the bidder; ebay will do that for you (someone correct me if I am wrong) http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

    hope that helps.
