1) The coin is gold colored, not the bronze, nickle, brass or silver colored ones also issued by Pinnacle in that year.
2) That card is $1.80, plus $2 s/h on all insert orders.

The set fillers are $1.75 for up to 20 cards and $.75 for each additional, up to 20 cards. A maximum of $4.00 s/h and then there is no s/h charges, it becomes free.
My gued cards have s/h included and the insert posts for sale are $2.00 for any size insert order.
