Riggs TTM Thread

Wow, Riggs! First, I just made a custom 1974 Topps of Burt Reynolds as "Paul Crewe" of the Mean Machine I will send out on Tuesday. I have researched him briefly and they are not believed to be ghost-signed. Hopefully I get an auto also! Secondly, Brian Sipe is awesome! Being originally from the Cleveland area I have great respect for the last Brown to be NFL MVP.

Nice Sipe & "Buddy" Reynolds! I attended elementary school where Reynolds went to H.S. and I still remember everyone always talking about him more as a football hero than a movie star. And yes, they always called him Buddy back then. He still lives only about 25 miles N of me. You peeked my interest to where I want to send him something to see if he signs it.

Thanks man.. Was thrilled with the Sipe return but the Reynolds was also nice. After doing a bit more research i am very happy with it. Looks pretty good compared to others. Good luck with your request. Hope you see a success with it..

Skunked again on monday .. Mondays use to be my BIG day of the week but of late i havent gotten much on mondays. But atleast i got 2 today..

John McEnroe 1/1, out 1-30, back 4-10. Thrilled to add this tennis legend to the collection. Think i asked for some inscriptions but did not get those. Still happy to see a successful return from mr McEnroe

Bobby Dillon 1/1, out 4-3, back 4-10. Super fast return. also inscribed " 4x pro bowl" as requested. awesome return from a great Packer..

Got 3 today...

1st, Jerry Stovall 3/2, out 4-3, back 4-12. Great return from me Stovall. Took the time to inscribe " CFHOF 2010" as requested. also wrote a nice note back thanking me for remembering him & his career. Class act!

2nd, John David Crow 2/2, out 4-3, back 4-12. Been wanting to add him forever & finally found some cards of his at a cheap price. Didnt get the inscriptions i requested but could not be happier. The card on the right it appears didnt hold the sharpie very well. Thats a little disappointing but glad to get both back signed.




last, Jim Bunning 1/1, out 4-2, back 4-12. Had this ball sitting around for a bit debating on who to send it to. Wanted a HOFer being its a ROMLB. Tried Ernie Banks with it but failed. Glad to see Mr Bunning come through for me. asked for the HOF inscription & got it. very pleased to add Mr Bunning to the small baseball collection. ( sorry for the pic, its a cell phone pic. best i could do )
