Finishing out a pretty decent week with 3 returns today, 1 RTS
2 successes..
The RTS came from Larry Brown. Been wanting to get him but not sure about the bobcats since he doesnt coach there anymore. Saw another success for a different address & came back RTS. Oh well, i'll keep trying. Sure Larry will land a coaching job before long.
on to the successes...
First, Clyde Lovellette 1/1, out 4-12, back 4-23 No Fee!! He has been doing free signings as of late but only 1 card. In the past he has been known to not sign for free because of his stuff ending up on Ebay.
Last, Willie McGinest 3/3, out 4-9, back 4-23. Now, being a Life Long Colts fan it almost hurt to send this one out because this guy KILLED my team for so long in those playoff games but he is a great player.

That Lovellette card looks great! Kind of an awkward looking pose in that picture though lol.
Awesome McGinest success too, he was a beast.

Wow... Here it is Thursday & FINALLY got my first success of the week. well actually 3 came today.
First, Clint Bowyer 2/2, out 4-11, back 4-28. very cool success. I have 2 diecast signed by him & now 2 cards. Will fit nicely in the NASCAR collection. I sent out a bunch of TTM's to NASCAR drivers early this month so hopefully those will start coming in shortly.

Next, Dwight Stephenson 1/1, out 12-10-10, back 4-28-11. Really thought this was LONNNNNNNGGGGG gone.. This one was sent out with NO fee, maybe thats why it took so long. sent this & then found out about his fee so sent another in March this year, that one came back in less than a week. Glad this one made it back
& Finally.. A Great success today from LAKERS HOFer James Worthy! 1/1, out 4-16, back 4-28. Very pumped about this return. No way did i think he would sign TTM but saw a few successes trickle in & gave it a shot. The Sharpie he used kinda blends into the card but auto still looks nice.

Thanks man...
I recommend sending to Worthy ASAP.. Im sure he is getting hammered with fan mail after seeing a few successes. Although, im not sure if he was a good signer before a few months ago or not. Atleast thats when i first saw a success from him.. Good luck man..

Got 4 Today...
First John Stockton.. Sent 3-23, back 4-29. didnt sign the card i sent but sent back the same picture signed of him. Looks great i think. If anyone wants to see it, LMK & i'll scan it.
Next, "Big daddy" Don Garlits 1/1, out 4-20, back 4-29. Incredibly fast for an un-tested address. I sent this to his Museum in Florida. sent them an email & never heard anything back but tried anyways.. Glad i did! True legends of drag racing.

Next, Brad Johnson 1/1, out 3-28, back 4-29. Very pleased with this return.
& last, Bernie Kosar 2/2, out 3-21, back 4-29. Another great return from a great QB. Very nice..

That's awesome stuff...Kosar signed that same Pro Set card for me a few weeks ago. Love that Garlits, too. Have you ever been to his museum? I went a few years back when I was vacationing in Florida; awesome place!

Thanks man...
Love the pro set cards.. they are perfect for autos i think. as for the Garlits.. I have not been to his museum yet. We go to florida about once every other year & next time i will for sure make the trip there. Garlits is a true legend & im sure that place is amazing. Always seem to go to daytona & the Daytona USA deal. thats fun also but the museum will be top priority next time..
Well, Ended the month of April with a Failure
& it was from Lou Piniella. He returned my cards unsigned. This is such a common event with Lou that i highly doubt i will re-send to him again.

His museum is definitely worth the trip, especially for a huge racing fan like yourself. I haven't been there for quite a few years, but I remember it being awfully impressive; all sorts of memoribilia and the like. I do believe that I'm going to have to pick up a Garlits card and send one off his way!
