ended the week with another success, Ashley Force Hood 1/1, out 5-2, back 5-14. Very fast return. Not a bad week at all. Lot of racing successes for myself & thats always good for me.

Great successes. I noticed you've gotten a handful of the Super Bowl Supermen cards done up, they look great. I've got an extra complete set, still in the box of the 1990 Pro Set Super Bowl cards, if you could use them shoot me a PM and we'll work something out.

But i think you might have my thread confused with someone else's. I dont have any Super Bowl superman cards signed... ( Yet ) Was going to send a few of those out but not going to try the set.

not a bad monday... 5 returns, 3 successes & 2 RTS
First RTS came from Dolph Schayes.. This was my 3rd attempt with him & have seen a bunch of successes with this address but someone wrote Refused, RTS on my envelope so no clue whats going on there. I know later tonight when i have some time & do alittle research i'll see others had successes with the same address, TODAY & i'll pull my hair out!!!
Next RTS came back from Lute Olson. Yellow sticker said " Not Deliverable as addresses " Have to look into this. sent via HOF & i know he accepts fan mail through them..
On to the successes..
first, FINALLY a success from Dermontti Dawson 1/1, out 5-5, back 5-16. This was my 4th attempt with him & was starting to run out of cards. Glad to get him finally. Hope my cards went to some good homes.
Next, Basketball HOFer Van Chancellor 1/1, out 3-30, back 5-16. Very happy to see this one come back. Always great to start off the week with a HOF success.
& Last, Mercury Morris 2/2, out 4-5, back 5-16. Very cool success. Both cards inscribed 17-0 & one with #22. Mercury has a beautiful signature. Very pleased with these 2 returns.

Mondays is my mail day. I buy a book of stamps and send out 10 to begin my week. Been doing that for the last few months and wow, the responses are pretty cool especially when your mailbox is slam full!!

Got 1 today...
NHL HOFer Darryl Sittler 1/1, out 3-21, back 5-18. Sent him a Pro Set HOF card & he returned it unsigned but included a nice 5x7 personalized picture. Very happy with the return. This went to our friends up north also. added $2.00 & a note asking if he would be so kind as to cover the postage back to the states. Feels like forever since i added a Hockey HOFer to the collection..

Most of the addy's people used to send to were formerly addresses of his failed businesses.

ya thanks.. I know this was my 2nd try with the P.O. Box addy. Im just glad to add him.
Got 1 today.. Kinda mixed feelings.. Alex Karras 2/2, out 5-10, back 5-19. Very fast return but he signed the back of my cards?!?!?!? why?!?!?! This is my first time ever someone has signed the back of a request i have sent out. pictures on the front look pretty good to me for him to sign. Plus, he signs so small anyways i think there was room. also, I didnt pre-pair the back of the card for a sig so the autos look like crap. Oh well..
