I don't understand most women either, and I am female. Then again, I post regularly on video game and sports card forums, so uh...
Many sophisticated math formulas are used in various engineering fields. Everyday people like us may not use them, but the technology we use requires people who can understand and apply them.
Rudimentary science is also important to understand. I am not especially adept in either math or science, but again, both these fields need some amount of understanding, even if most of us won't always use the information in our daily lives.
Most of the other replies here are understandable, especially Britney.

Women came to mind first for me, but I'm only 15 so I don't think I have enough experience to say that even though I will never have enough experience to say that because I will never get them. They are already confusing to me and I haven't even gotten out of high school. I hate how they think you are supposed to know when and why they are mad. I can't read minds!!
IMO Miley Cyrus is NOT hot! I'm 15 BTW.

I'm a self-confessed hater, and my list would be too long to type in one sitting. But my #1 thing:
1) How hypocritical our society and the people in it are. And they refuse to realize it.
