2011-12 Score Discussion & Feedback Thread
http://paniniamerica.wordpress.com/2...-score-hockey/
The best collecting bargain on ice is gearing up for its return to the hockey arena for a whole new season.
2011-12 Score Hockey will ship to the masses in late October packing a massive 500-card base set that includes Season and Playoff Highlights subsets, 45 Hot Rookies and a limited Hot Rookies SPs rookie subset that will feature players who make their NHL debuts early in the 2011-12 NHL season.
The program also includes a three levels of parallels: Glossy (seeded one per pack), Gold Rush (seeded one per 36-pack box) and the super-scarce Black Ice (seeded one per case).
Each box of 2011-12 Score Hockey will deliver 36 Glossy parallels, 18 Hot Rookies, one Gold Rush parallel and at least 10 additional inserts including three Making An Entrance, three Net Cam, two Sudden Death, one First Goal, one Playoff Heroes and one NHL Shield Die-Cut.
The addition of new inserts such as First Goals, Score B, The Franchise Retro and Making An Entrance provide longtime Score enthusiasts with an exciting new chase, as should special scarce surprises such as Stanley Cup Champs, Santa Claus SPs and one super-secret insert that we don’t dare give away.
But perhaps the greatest aspects of 2011-12 Score are the wildly popular — and valuable — Recollection Collection (featuring hard-signed original Score Buybacks from the likes of Mark Messier, Steve Yzerman, Patrick Roy, Ray Bourque and more), Hot Rookies Autographs and Score Signatures autograph programs.
Stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for additional updates on 2011-12 Score Hockey. But until then, enjoy this exclusive first look at the product.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Was hoping for a retro look too but overall like some of the inserts that they have as the score B has that old look from years ago.. think it was called dream team or something.
Looks like im doing another master set of this next year. Just need to see the checklist first

I like the look of the Hot Rookies, but the Base set has a little too much white space for my taste. At least the black ice parallel will be easier to notice than the french back.
