Two things:

1. "Lefty" and "Socialist" don't mean the same things. I don't care what Glenn Beck told you.

2. I'm not sure anyone on here is propagating some "socialist utopia". Every political/economic system has its perks and drawbacks. If we found a perfect one, nobody would use anything else.

Actually, if you read another thread on this board, cutting taxes does work. Cutting social programs and fraud/abuse is neccessary as is war at times. Spoken like a true lefty/socialist.

Right and we all know how gwb's tax cuts for the rich worked out for all of us. Ask anyone who was used to making 6 figures who now has to get paid by the hour.

Haha, I can't even read the Huffington Post. People shouldn't ever consider that a news site. A lot of my fellow liberals love to go around quoting stuff they find on there. Talk about an agenda.

Haha, I don't like partisan hackery on EITHER side. Most of my opinions are a result of my own research and source hunting (as I would hope most people's are). If I only have a cursory knowledge of something, I usually just shut my mouth until I can formulate an opinion. You can't just read The Blaze or Huffington Post and then claim yourself to have a well-rounded knowledge of the subject matter. Though a lot of people do.

I would agree. Even though I am far right, I like to hear the other side. It usually makes my head hurt, but it is someones view on life....

If you are insinuating me again, I've actually never been to the drudge report. I'd rather NRO, heritage, and rarely becks blaze...
