i have asked for a replacement for my sam young 09-10 rookie recruits auto -- like i will take any pacer -- but they gave me an earl clark from the same set

Called this morning, spoke to Terry Martin. Very nice and apologetic. She actually said, "Oh I hope I didn't do that to you". Lol, none the less, she was very nice. I was nice also, I don't see the since in getting rude or mean, if you are nice, then they should be too. Just think if you screwed up, wouldn't you want the person to be nice to you?
Anyways, she said she will send out the correct one today and I need to return this one. Hey, everybody makes mistakes. It happens and the world goes round.

The customer service # on the site. You could probably ask for Terry, let her know she is recommended, and probably get great service.

man see now im worried, i got 2 redemptions for a Kobe auto and a dez bryant rc jsy auto. i really would like those cards and nothing less than what they promised. ill be ™™™™™™ if i wait 8 months and end up with 2 cards that arent even close to the value of what im supposed to get.
