Panini doesnt have Orr/Gretzky etc. Huge fail by Panini. Collectors are nuts.

This does not make sense. It's not Panini's fault that Upper Deck signed them to a long-term exclusive contract long before Panini entered the hockey scene. I don't see how Panini has a "huge fail" here.

Out of their control. Gretzky, Orr and Howe have Exclusive Personal Services contracts with Upper Deck and have had for years.
This error was totally in the hands of UD, and they missed the mark.
