Let it be known- i have all the pms and shipping information to prove what i am about to say.
2 months ago this member agreed to let me send him my hamilton/kinsler 8x10 that i had signed by kinsler to try to get hamilton to sign it. He told me to friend him on facebook to coordinate the deal. I did so.
He failed to get hamilton to sign and told me that he was putting my photo in the mail. That was 1 month ago.
He has since defriended me on facebook and taken measures so i cannot contact him.
I am posting this to all his threads so you don't make the same mistake i did.
If there is an innocent explanation for this, i hope that he chimes in quickly with what that might be.
P.s. In case he ever makes a new account on here his name is alec lembecker.

Dude, chill. I still have your pic and I don't plan on keeping it. I have no money, so I am not able to get any stamps. The $1 you sent was enough for 2 stamps when you, yourself, said it needed 4. Plus I don't send 8X10's TTM often so I have no 8X10 envelopes. I am a full time college student, unable to get a job, because I am constantly at football from the middle of August to May. I will try to get enough money to send it soon. Personally, I don't think it was necessary to post this on every single thread of mine/I posted in.

What a BS excuse. You're really too busy to buy 2 more stamps, an envelope, and mail it? I could understand if you got it like a week ago, but you've had 2 months to send a photo back. Cyberer, posting on all his threads won't really help. I'd just contact a mod if this trade/transaction was posted in the trade manager.

Exactly what jyosi said. I will gladly paypal you the difference when I have my item in hand. You can post it as a trade if you want- put what you receive as shipping costs and put what I receive as my kinsler auto.
That way it's an official deal and no one gets screwed...

PS I really don't want to make trouble for this guy, we talked online multiple times and he seemed decent enough. I just kind of went nuts when I saw that he defriended me and figured he was scamming.

On a side note (And the main purpose of this thread) Yesterday I went to a bon fire with my uncle last night, at Cole Aldrich's parent's house (My uncle is friends with Aldrich's brother;He's only like 7 years older than me) and Cole was there. I didn't know we were gonna go, when I went to my uncle's place, but Cole gave and signed a program from the Minnesota State High School League Basketball All-Star Game (from 2006-07) with him on the cover! It was awesome!

Today I went to the state fair with my family, I found out ahead of time about a couple of appearances so, like usual I came prepared. I got a 5X7 signed by Minnesota Wild GM Chuck Fletcher, and talked to him a bit. Sounds like a great guy, looking to bring the team back to it's old ways (early to mid 2000's).
Then I went over and chatted with Minnesota Swarm (NLL;Pro Indoor Lacrosse) player Joe Cinosky. He also is a real cool guy, actually "friends" with him on Facebook. He was helping out people with this game they had were you had 4 chances to get a foam lacrosse ball into 1 of 3 holes in a net with a cover over it (I got it on my 4th try and won a thing for free tix;I have season tix, so if anyone in MN,ND,SD,IA or WI is interested let me know) I then had Joe sign 3 5X7's which I got in a prize package last season and he gave me 1 that they had at the booth too.
Then new Wild Head Coach Mike Yeo had an appearance at their booth, so I went back over there and talked to him real quickly and had him sign a 5X7 (These were at the booths already). He personalized it me and inscribed it Best Wishes.
Later on, I thought I was about done graphing the fair (sounds weird to say), but still had my eyes open knowing many local sports stars and celebrities go, and don't necessarily appear at their teams booth. I was getting hungry so I decided to get something to eat, as I walked in the food building at the first food stand in the entrance was standing Vikings offensive Linemen Phil Loadholt and Anthony Herrera. I talked to Loadholt a bit and got him to sign a Vikes hat for me (one of the ones from training camp), while my mom and grandma talked to his girlfriend, fiance, or wife (not sure which). I didn't get a chance to really talk to herrera though because he was there with his wife and three kids (along with Loadholt), so I let that one go, feeling content with just seeing both of them.
If Herrera wouldn't have had his kids with him, I probably would have tried to talk to him and get him to sign to, but I know that those players get little family time during the season as it is, so I didn't bother him.

hey im in minnesota i would love to check out a lacrosse game. also do you know who is going to be signing this week with the vikings. i heard something about player apperances at buffalo wildwings. also i was reading in pioneer press that silva was at the fair the other day.
