base cards, autos, and jersey cards galore and with parallels. this looks like an UD Ultimate break except they triple the amount of cards since they quadrupled the price. i hope some of the big hits are worth it. even the amazing Malkin patch was only comparable to Ultimate's premium patches.

Alright... I see.
They load on the memorabilia/autos giving it more "hits" than the Cup... however, very mediocre hits. May 1 or 2 autos comparable to that of the Cup, but the jerseys and cards in general (excluding the hit) are quite weak.
It gave the feeling of UD Ultimate was opened and you received all those Ultimate Sigs and Debut Threads, Rookies, and Jerseys. It is just that you have to pay 3 times more for the 3 times the amount of the same jerseys, autos, sigs...
There are definitely quality hits that can be pulled, but besides the few... their high-end hits are very similar to the high-end hits of Ultimate
Of course, like I said there are still better hits, but this is the general vibe I get.

i didnt think the breaks were too bad actually, the quad auto is really nice and that Niederreiter patch plate is absolutely disgusting, i could only imagine what a Hall or Subban would go for...
what are the odds of getting a ARP? Cup guarentees at least 1 per pack and i didnt even see one pulled in three packs of this. but at the same time, that could drive up the value of them....this product has the potential to be great, but looks like the average break this year will be pretty rough. maybe next year

just noticed the Rookie Signature Patch Black 1/1 on the checklist....i really want to see how these look, they could easily match or surpass The Cup Black imo

The majority of ARP in The Cup are #'d to 249, so they can do that. The ones in Dominion are all #'d to 99 so they're tougher to find. They have 20 while the Cup only had 6. I think they got it to one per case on average, which would be better odds than hitting an ARP /99 in The Cup.

It's just the regular rookies with a different type of foil... black foil lol.
Dominion has several parallels of the APRs... Reg, Red, Blue, Green, Black... maybe Gold?
It's going to be desirable, but how much is the question.

ooooooo ok thanks for the info. along with being tougher to find, add on that Dominion has bigger patches than The Cup ARP and they could sell for some decent $

i figured lol, but it would look pretty sick since they still have the patch and auto. i'd rather have that then the The Cup Black....but yea, i definitely wanna see how much these go for.

Silver is the regular /99, Gold is /25, Emerald is /5, and Black is /1. There is no red or blue for the Auto Rookie Patches.

The thing that makes Dominion alluring, the 20 ARP /99, could also hurt it on the secondary market. One of the most popular sets to do from The Cup is the RCs. With most /249 it gives a fair share between player and set collectors. However, with Dominion having so many /99 it could scare away some set collectors and subsequently prices could drop.
Of course, it could have the total opposite effect too with everyone fighting for those 99 copies. Time will tell...
