Why not? Its REAL silver, gotta be worth 4000$

Nice looking card though aside from the rediculous price, they must have a bit of weight to them. Wonder if you weighed the Dominion boxes could u tell if they are in there by the weight difference lol

I appreciate that they're attempting some differentiation from other high-end products, but so far I'm not all that impressed by the designs I've seen.

I like the Schmidt-Beliveau dual auto, but the Pan Pals name sounds a little tacky. Mind you, at least it's not as bad as Strapping Lads - is that really the best they could do?

Agreed. Not a fan of "Got Your Number" either.

But that's a really cool card though. Wouldn't mind one but obviously not at that price.

The cards look decent, waiting for something eye popping to come out.

Haha, going to stop by the LCS to check this stuff out later.

Nice idea, I wouldn't complain if I pulled one. But I'd never pay a premium for a machine etched piece of metal.

You look at all the Engravature cards, perfectly etched. Would have been better, instead of making 10 of each player, to make them 1 of 1. And have someone hand stamp the players name with a hammer and letter dies, like what is done with the Cup. That would be an engraved name that might have some imperfection and character. And put an auto on the card and you have a nice 1 of 1, imo.

I like the Engravatures cards. I like also that are not auto'ed. IMO, Everything does not have to be autoed or have a patch in it, and this is different. It is real silver, how much, I am not sure, but I can imagine its not much at all. the Bonded in Silver inserts would have been another set that if it had real silver in it could have been real special.

I fed Hackler an idea that if they do this again next year they should replicate some of the cool misspellings that are on the Stanley Cup for some guys. Only problem with this idea is that somebody will see an "Eric Staaal" and blow a gasket thinking that Panini's people are morons.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...
