I had to send something to QC this week. Cost me just over $10, 2 day shipping with tracking and $200 insurance. Extra insurance costs $1 per $100. Honestly, with cards that expensive, you gotta look out for yourself and insure it.

I dont think people are bashing quebec members, I think people are scared of the quebec postal workers

I agree...some of my favorite trading partners are from Quebec (isn't that right Andre?) but something should be done about the trending loss of cards from their mail system.

As for all of you US trader/sellers, maybe start writing "stool sample" on the slips to keep the nosy postal workers from wanting to see what's inside hahaha just trying to lighten up a bad situation.

I was born in Montreal and lived there until I was 18. I am a die hard Habs fan and am in no way trying to bash all Quebecers.

I was just stating a FACT. The FACT is that alot of packages are going missing in Quebec. The FACT is that it would be prudent to insure your high end packages, NO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE BEING SHIPPED TO.

Me too. Hopefully it turns up. Just an update, still having huge issues with UPS in terms of paying a claim. They picked the empty envelope up from the person I shipped to a few weeks ago. Now they cannot find the envelope. The security division has confirmed my item was stolen and said it would be paid out as soon as they finished the damage package inspection. Unfortunatly UPS lost the envelope, so they had to open ANOTHER investigation that can take 8 days to find the empty package, in order to start the damage investigation. Its a complete mess.
