    Another bad e-bayer

Whatever you do, don't ever buy anything from ebayer: derzockersports. I bought a key card for my Prosser collection from him on August 15th and it was supposed to arrive between the 26th-27th and I sent him a message on September 9th saying I still hadn't received it. Didn't hear back from him so I opened a case.

Here is the card I bought, so keep an eye out for it and let me know if you see it.

    Thanks.

Is the seller from Canada? If so I think you need to give it more time. Your covered 45 days from the day you paid through paypal. I'm sure they sent the card regular mail and it can take up to 3-6 weeks from Canada. If not, then I would assume the card was lost in the mail......you really think the seller is gonna jerk you around for a Prosser card? C'mon

I'd have to tend to agree with the above comment.

Hey...he's valuable to me. I've made plenty of trades to Canada and have never had it take this long except once, and the guy sent it out after I had made and completed several trades to Canada in the span it took to receive my card after I had shipped his several weeks previous.

I understand what you're saying, but I'm not buying it (no pun intended). I bought two Cup Prosser cards I needed from Canadian e-bayers and got them within a week. That's what you call awesome customer service! And this was after "The Purchase That Shall Not Be Named".

I'm waiting for 2 auto'd cards from a seller in Hawaii, Gordie Howe and Bobby Hull. A John Tavares auto I'd won from a different seller in Hawaii and paid for the same day arrived last week. But usually it all works itself out. I'll start freaking out on day 44...... :D

We can't compare other items we paid for on the same day to others. How do you know seller A mailed the card the same day as seller B. You paid both A and B at the same time but one could have waited a week to mail the card.
Also, it is unfair to assume that the seller is ripping you off. It could very well be tied up in Customs or sitting in a sorting facility somewhere.
Either way PAYPAL will give you your money back so unless this is a 1/1 card I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I would have to agree with everyone saying that it is more likely a customs hold-up rather than a negligent seller. It can take as much as six weeks to get across that border and into your hands, especially if the seller did not ship it right away. I understand it can be frustrating, especially with such a low numbered card that does not come up for sale often. Hopefully it will show up soon!

It might be prmature to be calling him a bad ebayer if the postal service is holding up the card.
