Is This a Fair Way to Ship?
So a few weeks ago i bought this card off Ebay....

Today I recieved it and the found the card only shipped in a penney sleave and team bag! Luckly I cant see anything wrong with the card.
I know the Ebay user has hardly any feedback but what do you think i should do? He didnt even mention shipping with no toploader to me. Any help would be great thanks.

Make sure to note in the feedback that he doesnt even use toploaders.
we need to watch out for people like this.....

since they are new and it wasnt damaged id kindly inform them about it...and depending on their reaction back would depend on my feedback i give...if they are apologetic..give a positive you got what you bid on and in good condition...if they are snotty then slap them with a neutral..and if they are total (insert and profanity here) then slap them a negative....some people dont realize they need to ship in toploaders...they might not be a card collector..it is scanned with no toploader..and you got it how it was shown in the scan

same thing happened to me...card got shipped in a top in a white enveloppe i recommend contacting the seller..and asking him about it..

since he is new, I would contact him and if he is not friendly and it look like he will do it again, then leave a neutral with explanation. Could well be a new legit seller that just need to learn about practice.
In all case, since the card did arrive with no damage. leaving a negative is not wanranted if you ask me. You got what you paid for and only got a small instant where maybe you tought it could well have been damage but in fact there is no damage.
If he reply and you feel he did not get it, then yes leave a neutral but neg is definitly not warranted as the good got to you and no damage was done. Also could well be a mistake. A little communication, that never hurt no one.

I think it is a very poor decision not to ship in a top loader, but if nothing was mentioned in the description, how can you knock the guy? If the top loader was not mentioned, he did nothing wrong other than using poor business practices. We take it for granted most people use top loaders, but there is noting set in stone about it. And, the card was received with no damage. It would be a positive in my book, but with a short and curt comment such as " Card received." Then, I would not buy from the guy again. In my opinion, he would eventually get the message. If I felt strongly about it, I would contact him and let him know how most people properly ship cards. My two cents worth.

Well I recieved a message back from the sender today.
"Hi how are you I am glad you emailed me.
My wife shipped the card for me and she
Could not find the one touchholders
So she sent it like that she figured the bubble envelope would protect it just fine
I apologize for this. I am glad the card is not
Damaged
Thanks man won't happen again"
Seems like a reasonable responce. Do you goys think i should neutral/positive him? And should i contact hime before doing it?

give him the positive. the card arrived fine and you got what you paid for.
also, in instances like these, if the card arrives fine, you NEVER give a negative. you're paying for the card, not the packaging. as long as the seller gets it to you safely and in the condition as promised, that's all that matters. while we'd all obviously expect a certain standard in shipping (penny sleeve, top loader, teambag, bubble mailer), not everyone is aware of this and makes due with what they have. again, this only applies if the card arrives safely.
