give him the positive. the card arrived fine and you got what you paid for.
also, in instances like these, if the card arrives fine, you NEVER give a negative. you're paying for the card, not the packaging. as long as the seller gets it to you safely and in the condition as promised, that's all that matters. while we'd all obviously expect a certain standard in shipping (penny sleeve, top loader, teambag, bubble mailer), not everyone is aware of this and makes due with what they have. again, this only applies if the card arrives safely.
