When ever you list a card over $0.99, ebay charges you a fee, also after your card has sold, it gets about 25% of what it sold for, and then there is also paypal fees which takes about 25%, so there's your 50% right there.

Where do you gets these figures from? Don't listen to this guy, he is just making up figures. A more accurate rough guess ebay takes around 7-11%, depending on what you sell and how you list it, of what your item sells for, plus paypal charges you roughly 2.5%. I'm too lazy too look up the actual figures but they are much closer than the 50% the other guy was saying.

wrong, at least in most cases. I haven't paid listing fee since they started the 50 free thing. Also, where did you get 25% for FVF and Paypal. My total fees AND paypal fees run about 12-13%. As long as you don't go overboard with upgraded listing options your fees are not that high. I'm not sure what you have against Ebay but your post just shows your ignorance or that you have an ax to grind.

You can click on account in my ebay and change your settings so the money comes directly from your paypal account. Also, ebay takes a lot of money in fees. I have an ebay store and ebay takes around $300-$400 every month.

He says he doesn't have a store so fees should not be that much. Right around 10% unless you are getting fancy with your listings. I saw one guy do one of those $25.00 listing upgrades (I don't know if they still have them or not) and he was selling an item with a BIN for $20.00. Those add ons can add up.
