Added to section
II Must Send First:
Members with transferred feedback and SCF feedback totaling 20 or more do not need to send first.
This was added to clarify the MSF rule for under 20 traders since there is a glitch in the software that still shows new trades with enough transferred feedback as a must send first trader. Members need to take the the current members SCF feedback "x" and add it with any transferred feedback "x". If both combined amounts are over 20 then member doesn't have to send first.

You can remove them again....
They are under new management...the only part he was carried over was the user list NOT the feedback of trades

If after 14 days (or 21 days for international trades) the trade is not marked complete in the Trade Manager, either trader may contact staff for assistance. SCF staff will contact the other trader to verify the transaction status. Staff will not mark trades complete but will add a note to the account if a response is not received. SCF Staff will then notify the trader that the deal is considered complete.
