What im saying its a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tell people prices if they dont want to sell put it in a museum. Im not in love with cards just gives me a little spending $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I dont blame ya. Rangerfan hope it goes for awhile. Most everybody said the system is a joke. Your card your price it or it gets deleted.

It does kind of beg the question that Duane was basically proposing. If you hate it when people ask you to make offers on their cards, why do you ask people to make offers on yours?

Just wanny say "WOOOOOT!" to everyone who piped up to say "SCF is great, if you don't like, the door is over there..."

Way to be, dudes! This place IS great, and DOES function well. Nice to see when a wah-wah-wah thread starts up, the regs pop up to shut it down ;)

There are a lot of people who work very hard to keep this site running well. There will always be disagreements on how to go about things, but invariably, you get out of SCF what you put in. If you put out a positive attitude, you often get that returned back to you, and it's a pleasant place to trade and communicate with other collectors. If you put out negativity, it often gets thrown back at you as well.

I'm sure any SCF staffer (myself included) would be glad to discuss ideas on how to make the site better.

When I was starting to deal here, I pretty much used up my first 20 trades just buying stuff. That way it's pretty much just like eBay. I send payment, and I get cards. Easy.

As for making offers, if you don't like doing that, then just don't. There are plenty of people on here who list cards with prices. Personally, I don't have people make offers. If I'm selling a card, I always have an idea of what I want for it, so I just give a price. But I understand that not everyone likes to do things that way.

I was going to comment...but it was going basically be this word for word. Buy a few cards build a rep and go from there. Stay away from "make me an offer" threads.

Whats so wrong with make me an offer threads???

Jeez... I just put one up on a 9 card patch lot and sold it for $48 within minutes.

If i see a card I want, and the seller wants an offer, just shoot him what you will pay!

Its not that bad you guys, gosh.

This thread is full of so much fail...from the OP complaining about his own hypocracy to a fraud (claimed to be a police officer on another site) complaining about the MSF rules and getting banned...

Like it's been said, if you don't like SCF, no one is forcing you to come here. If you don't like making offers, avoid those threads or ask the seller for a price. It's not a difficult concept, really...I prefer SCF to those other sites because they're so full of scammers. I don't really have an issue with any of the rules here.

I think it's easy too. You've racked up a huge amount of deals in the short time you've been here.

I think it comes down to the seller. If they are easy to work with and dont charge an arm and a leg for things, they get the business.

The people that rant and complain about not being able to do deals usually are the ones charging over ebay and such.

    Just my $0.02
