    Fridge magnets

Can we slap the guy who is flooding ebay with these ? Have him excluded on most searches but every now and then bammm there's another. Maybe somebody could do buttons, or stickers, or place mats , or mouse pads ?

Magnets are not cards, so they need to be out of the card section, time to start reporting.

I have no issue with someone selling the magnets, but I agree that the mis-categorization is very annoying when searching.

I'm glad people list Buttons, Magnets, Banners, SLU's, Coins, Pucks, Pogs, and especially the old Shirriff & Salada coins.

Just think of how many more cards would move, and how many more viewings if the entire Hockey Memorabilia section were moved in with the cards.

I'm all in favour of everything on one site.

I agree, they should be out of the category, BUT at least he does clearly identify them for what they are and not make people mistakenly bid on them thinking they're cards........there is one seller on the site who tries to make the reprinted OPC Rookie cards look like the original RC's to trick people into bidding on them......that's poor salesmanship.....

Since the inception of eBay there have been close to 100 that have tried this, the funniest being the ones whom had purchased a 1992-93 Anniversary Series with the Anniversary Series strip on the bottom of the card, trying to pass these off as real rookies.

I have noticed this magnet guy appearing in more searches. I just add -magnet to searches and they don't show up.

Same with the guy selling all the Cup "Artists Proof"... annoying having those show up, so just -proof

Why would people bid that much on a fridge magnet?

The only reason I would think is that they didnt think it was a fridge magnet and when they bought it they are probably thinking they got a Mega Steal.

I do agree take them out of the card section.
