My first statement in the thread...

Well, I didn't read your first post. However, I still disagree with your opinion but it is your opinion. But I do have to say your insult about my reading comprehension was quite lame since you didn't understand the context of your post that I quoted.

I took your sarcastic post as quite lame also...maybe try actually reading what i wrote before trying to be funny...so i guess we have something in common...

My FIRST statement would be my FIRST statement in the thread to just be clear from here on out...

i've said "i'll pass" on here plenty of times. Usually it's when the seller/owner of the card starts at a price that is like 30% above the selling price on ebay or they find the highest a card has sold for....usually a buy it now and not even an auction...and quote you that price. I feel like do not waste my time if you have no effort to negotiate or you want that much more than ebay pricing, you are not serious about selling at all.

It was a sarcastic post, but it wasn't an insult to you. You chose to insult my reading comprehension. I have a bachelor's degree in government (or political science) so I am well versed in reading and writing.

I was wondering where you got your 90% number from. I've been a member here for 7 years and I do mostly low end trades. I can tell you a bulk amount of traders I dealt with were actually collectors and not ebay flippers. Many were fans of certain players or certain teams, just like me. But that's just my opinion.

    See Ekteloncards's Items on eBay

I always figured "Ill pass" was better than responding with other things that go through my head (use your imagination) when I recieve a price as an idea to "maximize profit."

You replied to my post being sarcastic/snide and trying to be funny/mocking, period. It was hilarious. Sadly, you failed to actually read my first statement and thought my second statement was my first statement. My 90% number was a guess from seeing all the buying/selling threads and watching how people wheel and deal on this site. Yes, the 90% was an exaggeration and i'm really sorry that it wasn't a more accurate number for you. Next time i'll try to be a tad bit more accurate so you don't post a sarcastic/snide reply...

I didn't fail at reading your first statement because I read it yesterday morning. It didn't seem important to me at that time. I'm sorry if I don't memorize every post I read in every thread. I'm only human. However, today, I checked on the new posts and saw yours. The only failure was that you didn't specify you were referring to your first post in this thread.

In my experience 90% of SCF members are true hobby enthusiasts. I base that on my 7 years of reading threads, buying, selling, and trading.

You can reply to this but I'm moving on to try to make some deals tonight.

Maybe next time actually read my FIRST statement before you make assumptions, but next time i'm be sure to specify everything so you can keep up, instead of making assumptions...it's your lie tell it however you like...because i didn't get a personal visit from you or a PM, either...
